Approx. 40,000 sq/ft of polycarbonate (most less than 4 years old) greenhouse & 36′ x 110′ insulated steel retail building.

This was a 35yr successfull garden center untill the spring of 2008 when the land was expropriated by the Federal Goverment.

All equipment and structures were meticulously maintained and serviced. Everything has to be moved from present location by spring of 2009.
